I wanted to tell you that this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with (and I am in my 70's). They are friendly, courteous and professional. And they really go the extra mile for their customers. I bought a new 2025 Forester last month and drove it to Texas and back. On the way back, one of my new tires caught a nail just where it could not be repaired. I was expecting a 200 bill to replace it. But Grand Junction Subaru heard my story and ordered me a replacement tire free of charge! They did not have to do that. But because they did, I will always be a loyal customer!

Best dealership experience I've had in a really long time. The oil change and tire rotation was lightning fast, and then they went out of their way to help me sort out an issue with my vehicle's title caused by an out of state motor vehicle office. It wasn't her responsibility and didn't even really have anything to do with their dealership, but Jodie spent a lot of time and effort helping me and in the end was able to help me get to a resolution that I couldn't have reached on my own. Andrew was also very kind and helpful. Huge thanks from a grateful customer, I'll definitely continue working with this dealership in the future.

I was never a dealership service kind of car-owner, but my recent repair has made me a loyal customer. I had a mysterious disconcerting sound in my Crosstrek, and it took the service department a couple of attempts to figure out what it was. Impressively, the repair was resolved in less than a week (even with a back-ordered part!) with communication the whole way and an offered loaner car. The cost for their trials in figuring out the repair was totally reasonable and they held their team accountable. They even followed up a week later to make sure the repair was resolved.
